The posting

Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en uitvoeren van verschillende projecten. De projecten situeren zich in de afwerkingssector, zijnde soepele vloerbekleding, tegelwerken en wandafwerking.

Je staat in contact met interne en externe stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat het project binnen de gestelde tijd en budget wordt voltooid.

Jouw taken in een notendop zijn de volgende:

Ø Opvolging van a tot z van verschillende projecten: opmeting, werfbezoek, organisatie materialen, werforganisatie, personeel aansturen, nacalculatie, etc.

Ø Je benadert de verschillende projecten zowel vanuit commercieel als technisch aspect

Ø Je waakt over de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken en houdt rekening met de geldende veiligheidsnormen

Ø Je werkt nauw samen de werfleider

Kortom, een gevarieerd takenpakket waar people-management en projectopvolging je grootste troeven zijn.

Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma bouw of gelijkwaardig door minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Je hebt technisch inzicht en beschikt daarnaast over leidinggevende, organisatorische en doelgerichte vaardigheden.

Je kan vlot met een computer werken en hebt kennis van MS-office. Een druk gevulde agenda schrikt je niet af en indien er zicht problemen voordoen, los je deze correct op.

Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
