Jij verbindt strategie en uitvoering en brengt ontwikkelingen, belangen en stakeholders samen richting bestuurlijke besluitvorming en uitvoering. Werkzaamheden - Regisseren van de totstandkoming van het uitvoeringsplan en bewaken van samenhang tussen inhoud, proces, planning en bestuurlijke besluitvorming. - Onderzoeken en onderbouwen van passende warmteoplossing(en) samen met bewoners en andere stakeholders. - Inbrengen en samenbrengen van gebiedsontwikkelingen, verduurzaming van bestaande bebouwing, nieuwbouwontwikkelingen en ontwikkelingen van Defensie in het plan. - Verkennen van de rol van lokale energiecoöperatie(s) bij verdere ontwikkeling en uitvoering. - Zorgen voor aansluiting van de lokale wijkaanpak, dienstverlening en relevante omgevingsprogramma's op het uitvoeringsplan. - Organiseren en faciliteren van bestuurlijke, ambtelijke en maatschappelijke afstemming met betrokken stakeholders. - Adviseren over governance, participatie, uitvoeringsstrategie en inrichting van de uitvoeringsorganisatie. - Verantwoordelijk voor communicatie en participatie van bewoners en andere stakeholders, passend bij kennisgevings- en motiveringsplichten. - Signaleren van kansen, risico's en afhankelijkheden en vertalen naar beheersmaatregelen en bestuurlijke adviezen.
