The posting

Voor een groeiende technische dienstverlener zoeken we een Projectleider die meerdere operationele projecten van voorbereiding tot afronding opvolgt.

Projectleiding & operationele opvolging

  • voorbereiden, organiseren en opvolgen van projecten van start tot oplevering
  • bewaken van planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en rendement
  • regelmatig aanwezig zijn op de werven om de uitvoering op te volgen
  • samenwerken met operationele verantwoordelijken en bijsturen waar nodig
  • onderhouden van contacten met klanten en opdrachtgevers
  • uitvoeren van projectevaluaties en nacalculaties

Procesverbetering

  • optimaliseren van bestaande workflows en werkmethodes
  • uitwerken van duidelijke procedures, werkinstructies en werkpostfiches
  • ondersteunen van initiatieven rond kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • opvolgen van KPI's en rapportering
  • identificeren en realiseren van verbeteringen in efficiëntie en dienstverlening

Coaching & coördinatie

  • ondersteunen en coachen van werfleiders in hun dagelijkse werking
  • zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen terrein en management
  • opvolgen van de voortgang van verschillende projecten
  • helpen bij technische en organisatorische uitdagingen
  • bewaken van gemaakte afspraken en deadlines
  • Bachelor of master (Industrieel ingenieur, bouwkunde, elektromechanica, milieukunde of gelijkwaardig)
  • Of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in projectleiding, Uitvoering of Operationeel Management
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als projectleider of enkele jaren ervaring in een technische, operationele of projectmatige omgeving
  • Pluspunt: ervaring binnen industriële dienstverlening, rioleringswerken of vergelijkbare sector
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en bereid om regelmatig op werfbezoek te gaan
  • Sterk in planning, organisatie en opvolging
  • Flexibel, bereid om 1/6 weken de wachtdienst te doen
