Iemand die projecten van A tot Z kan begeleiden, vooruitdenkt en collega's met zijn of haar ervaring verder helpt? Voor onze afdeling Hellende Daken zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Projectleider . Als Senior Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige projectproces: van voorbereiding en opstart tot uitvoering, oplevering en nazorg. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, planning, kosten en klanttevredenheid met elkaar in balans zijn. Je bent daarnaast een belangrijke sparringpartner voor collega's binnen de afdeling. Door jouw ervaring zie je snel waar kansen of risico's liggen en kun je ondersteunen bij complexe projecten en vraagstukken. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Begeleiden en aansturen van projecten van A tot Z; - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, budgetten en financiële voortgang; - Aansturen en ondersteunen van de projectoperatie, waaronder eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers; - Organiseren van een efficiënte en effectieve werkorganisatie per project; - Coördineren van materiaal, materieel en bestellingen bij leveranciers; - Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en gemaakte afspraken en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig; - Signaleren van projectrisico's en proactief zoeken naar passende oplossingen; - Uitvoeren of borgen van tussentijdse kwaliteitsmetingen in het kader van de Wet kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen (Wkb); - Uitvoeren en opvolgen van werkplekinspecties; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen ...
