Functie inhoud Als projectleider ga je één of meerdere bouwprojecten leiden en ben je gespreks- en sparringpartner voor de opdrachtgever. Je adviseert het bouwteam over bouwmethodieken en je vertegenwoordigt het bouwbedrijf tijdens je contacten met relaties. Je geeft leiding aan het projectteam, bestaande uit werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat de projecten binnen de begroting blijven. Daarnaast zorg je er samen met de uitvoerder voor dat de projecten binnen de vastgestelde tijd klaar zijn. Je bent zowel financieel- als technisch eindverantwoordelijke voor de bouwprojecten. Ook behoort tot je taken een stukje inkoop van je projecten. Je draagt rechtstreeks verantwoording af aan de directie en behoort tot het MT. Functie eisen - Afgeronde MBO- /HBO Bouwkunde opleiding of gelijkwaardig - Aanvullende opleidingen op het gebied van management - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als projectleider - Affiniteit met automatisering, digitalisering innovatie, zoals BIM Lean - Actuele kennis van de bouwregelgeving; - Uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden; - Je hebt een inspirerende en coachende stijl van leidinggev...
