Projectleider ASKO Kinderopvang - Tijdelijk - Amsterdam ASKO ASKO verzorgt primair onderwijs op 33 scholen in Amsterdam en omgeving. Vanuit ons koersplan werken we aan toekomstgericht onderwijs en aan het versterken van de samenwerking tussen onderwijs, ouders en maatschappelijke partners. De verdere ontwikkeling van (integrale) kindcentra is een speerpunt in ons koersplan. De uitdaging ASKO werkt aan de ontwikkeling van (integrale) kindcentra, waarin onderwijs en opvang vanuit een gezamenlijke visie met elkaar worden verbonden. De komende twee jaar verstevigen wij de relatie met onze opvangpartners, daarnaast zetten we een pilot op voor ASKO-kinderopvang. Hiermee sluit ASKO aan bij de landelijke IKC kindcentrum ontwikkelingen. Jouw opdracht Als projectleider (portefeuille opvang) geef je gedurende twee jaar vorm aan de organisatie binnen ASKO- en intensievere samenwerking met onze huidige partners. Het beoogde resultaat is dat na afloop van de projectperiode meerdere ASKO-locaties kinderopvang aanbieden en dat de daarvoor benodigde organisatie structureel is ingericht. Dit vraagt zowel om inrichting van de kinderopvang op de locaties als om inrichting van de centrale ondersteuning en bedrijfsvoering. Denk hierbij aan HR, kwaliteit, financiën, huisvesting, ICT en administratie. Je vertaalt de bestuurlijke ambitie naar een concrete project- en implementatieaanpak, organiseert de uitvoering en bewaakt de samenhang, voortgang, kwaliteit en resultaten. Wat ga je doen? Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - het opstellen, uitvoeren en bewaken van het project- en implementatieplan; - het inrichten en implementeren van de backoffice organisatie voor kinderopvang onder eigen regie; - het vertalen van relevante wet- en regelgeving naar beleid, processen en werkwijzen; - het coördineren van de inrichting van de bedrijfsvoering op het gebied van onder andere HR, kwaliteit, financiën, huisvesting, ICT en administratie; - het ontw...
