Dagelijks werken wij met ruim 550 medewerkers aan de meest uiteenlopende projecten. Wij zijn een veelzijdige organisatie in de industrie en zijn gespecialiseerd in drinkwaterservice, werktuigbouwkunde, betontechniek, elektrotechniek, milieu techniek en civiele techniek. Wij ontwerpen, produceren, bouwen en bieden service en onderhoud aan en realiseren haventerreinen, dijken, rioleringen, gemalen, waterzuiveringsinstallaties en slibverwerkingsinstallaties en hebben verschillende grote en kleine projecten en werken voor waterschappen, gemeentes, drinkwaterbedrijven, bio energie bedrijven, industrie zoals de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, chemie en petrochemie bedrijven en afvalverwekingsbedrijven, bouw en infra, havens en voor de Rijkswaterstaat. Wij zijn een grote maar platte organisatie en er heerst een open en nuchtere sfeer en korte communicatielijnen. Functie Als ervaren projectleider stuur je onze meerjarige multidisciplinaire projecten inhoudelijk aan. Samen met je team van werkvoorbereiders, calculators, ontwerpleiders, vaklieden en andere specialisten bedenk en implementeer je oplossingen die voldoen aan de eisen van de opdrachtgever. Je houdt overzicht over planning, budget, kwaliteit, kansen en risico's tijdens de verschillende projectfasen en stuurt bij waar nodig.
