Als Projectleider Woningbouw geef je leiding aan diverse nieuwbouwprojecten, van aanvang tot oplevering. Je bewaakt de planning, het budget en de bouwkwaliteit, coördineert het team en waarborgt een soepele samenwerking met alle betrokken partijen. Tegelijk draag je bij aan de groei van de woningbouwdivisie. Jouw expertise en visie zorgen voor impact! Jouw taken omvatten: Leiden en coördineren van het gehele bouwproces, van voorbereiding tot oplevering Opstellen en bewaken van projectplannen, inclusief planning, budgettering en kwaliteitscontrole Aansturen van werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en BIM-modelleurs Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs, onderaannemers en andere stakeholders Signaleren en beheersen van projectrisico’s en initiëren van maatregelen Zorgdragen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften Bedrijfsinformatie Onze opdrachtgever is een bedrijf dat zich richt op woning- en utiliteitsbouw. Het bedrijf staat bekend om haar persoonlijke aanpak en familiegevoel. Er wordt geïnvesteerd in het personeel en er zijn korte lijntjes. Interne doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn aanwezig. Het bedrijf is trots op haar personeel en het vakmanschap dat geleverd wordt. Functie-eisen We zijn op zoek naar een daadkrachtige Projectleider met zowel technische als organisatorische kwaliteiten, die zich thuis voelt in een informele en collegiale sfeer. Je behoudt overzicht, motiveert je team en weet verwachtingen effectief te managen. Dit verwachten wij verder van jou: HBO werk en/of denkniveau in de Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider (bij voorkeur in woningbouw) Ervaring met BIM (bijvoorbeeld Revit) en WKB (pré) Communicatief sterk, zowel intern als richting opdrachtgevers Zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en flexibel Kennis van systemen zoals 4PS en Bluebeam (pré) Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je krijgt een uitdagende rol binnen een dynamische werkomgeving, waar werkplezier, interessante projecten en een goede
