PROJECTLEIDER - CIVIEL New PROJECTLEIDER - CIVIEL Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een " PROJECTLEIDER - CIVIEL " voor uitdagende projecten in Nederland. Onze klant is een bedrijf dat zich met passie richt op de bouw van complete scheepswerven, droogdokken van uiteenlopende afmetingen, een breed scala aan (modulaire) pontons en bakken, en andere staalconstructies. Profiel We zijn op zoek naar een toegewijde Projectleider Civiel die aantal specifieke civieltechnische activiteiten coördineert. Je coördineert een team van medewerkers in Nederland voor een specifiek project. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directeur en bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de projecten. Je brengt ervaring mee in de civiele sector, inclusief kennis van het realiseren van complexe projecten. Je weet een goede balans te vinden tussen het uitzetten van de koers en doelstellingen, en beschikt over de nodige expertise om projecten te leiden. Taken & verantwoordelijkheden Als Projectleider Civiel houd je je onder andere bezig met de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden: • Bewaken van projectmijlpalen, planning en budget; tijdig signaleren en aanpakken van knelpunten. • Aansturen, onderhouden en ontwikkelen van bedrijfsactiviteiten. • Continu verbeteren van engineeringprocessen en -standaarden. • Onderhouden van relaties met externe civieltechnische partners en leveranciers. • Bijdragen aan bouwstrategieën en de maakbaarheid van nieuwe projecten. Opleiding, vaardigheden en ervaring Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel: • Bachelordiploma Civiele Techniek of vergelijkbaar. • Aantoonbare ervaring met civieltechnische projecten. • minimaal 3 jaar praktijkervaring in het leiden van civieltechnische projecten. • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. • Bekend met ERP-software (IFS/SAP). • Vloeiend in Nederlands. • Goede beheersing van MS Office, waaronder MS Project en SharePoint.
