De specialisaties bij deze organisatie: - Industrieonderhoud - Nieuwbouw, renovatie en verbouw - Reparatie en onderhoud (24-uurs service) - Eigen goed ingerichte timmerwerkplaats Hier hechten ze waarde aan continuïteit en langdurige relaties met de opdrachtgevers, waarbij ze hier altijd klaarstaan om mee te denken en problemen op te lossen. In deze rol werk je bouwplannen uit tot gedetailleerde werkschema's, zorg je voor een optimaal functionerend team en beheer je de inkoop van materialen. Je bent proactief, signaleert verbeteringsmogelijkheden en zorgt voor een actueel en compleet projectdossier. Goede communicatie met buitendienstmedewerkers en onderaannemers is hierbij cruciaal.
