Projectleider EP-W Nibag Nibag is op zoek naar een Projectleider EP-W - Fulltime, Parttime - HBO - € 3644 - € 4580 per maand Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider EP-W ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van onze energielabelprojecten. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, inspecteurs en adviseurs en zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed worden afgerond. Als projectleider onderhoud je contacten met woningcorporaties, vastgoedbeheerders en andere betrokkenen. Je signaleert kansen om processen en werkwijzen verder te verbeteren en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties. Daarnaast schakel je gemakkelijk tussen de verschillende projecten, signaleer je knelpunten en stuur tijdig bij. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen, coördineren en bewaken van projectplanningen; - Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders; - Bewaken van projectbudgetten en gemaakte afspraken; - Signaleren van risico's en aandragen van verbetervoorstellen; - Zorgdragen voor een complete en actuele projectadministratie; - Opstellen van energielabels; - Je levert een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan offertes, en beoordeelt projectinformatie; - Je bewaakt de financiële voortgang van projecten en verzorgt de facturatie van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden; - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en adviseert over aanvullende dienstverlening. Wat vragen wij? Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, overzicht houdt en graag samenwerkt. Je weet mensen mee te nemen en voelt je thuis in een dynamische projectomgeving. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende: - Je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt een technische achtergrond of affiniteit met vastgoed, duurzaamheid of energie; - Je beschikt over een EP-W basiscertificaat (NTA 8800); - Je bent besluitvaardig en weet prioriteiten te stellen binnen meerdere projecten; - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het begeleiden of coördineren van grotere energiela...
