Een klasse 8 bouwbedrijf uit Arendonk met bouwprojecten verspreid over Antwerpen, Limburg en Vlaams-Brabant. Onze realisaties omvatten hoofdzakelijk openbare gebouwen, commerciële en sociale woonprojecten en woonzorgprojecten. Onze rol van bouwpartner is vooraanstaand in alle projecten en komt tot uiting door onze klantgerichtheid, flexibiliteit en continue zoektocht naar verbeteringsmogelijkheden.

Jobomschrijving

Onze klant zoekt een projectleider die mee het verschil maakt op diverse bouwprojecten in Antwerpen, Limburg en Vlaams-Brabant. In deze rol neem je de leiding over één of meerdere werven en bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en het budget van voorbereiding tot oplevering.

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor werfleiders, assistent-projectleiders, onderaannemers en interne collega’s. Dankzij jouw overzicht en gestructureerde aanpak blijven planning, uitvoering en administratie perfect op elkaar afgestemd.

Je taken omvatten onder meer:

  • het aansturen en coachen van werfleiders en assistent-projectleiders;
  • het plannen en opvolgen van personeel, materiaal en onderaannemers;
  • het bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement op de werf;
  • het opvolgen van vorderingsstaten, facturen, meer- en minderwerken;
  • het voorbereiden van opleveringsdossiers en kwaliteitsplannen;
  • het afstemmen met projectvoorbereiding, aankoop en calculatie;
  • het leiden van overlegmomenten en werfvergaderingen;
  • het onderhouden van een vlotte en professionele communicatie met de klant.

Voor deze functie zoekt onze klant een projectleider met een technische bouwachtergrond en een gezonde interesse in het opvolgen van werven van A tot Z. Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben, maar je bent wel klaar om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een klasse 8 bouwbedrijf.

We verwachten dat je je herkent in volgend profiel:

  • je beschikt over een diploma bouwkunde, bouw of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding;
  • je hebt 0 tot 3 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving;
  • je communiceert helder, professioneel en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende partijen;
  • je houdt het overzicht, werkt planmatig en neemt initiatief waar nodig;
  • je bent resultaatgericht en denkt in oplossingen;
  • je hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking;
  • je bent bereid om projecten in en rond Antwerpen, Limburg en Vlaams-Brabant op te volgen;
  • ervaring met werfopvolging, administratie of coördinatie is een pluspunt.
