BMC Uitvoering lost dit op door hechte BMC Projectteams in te zetten op deze uitdagingen. Als Projectleider word jij de kartrekker van zo'n team. Je maakt de overstap van inhoudelijk specialist naar leidinggevende/projectleider, zonder dat je meteen in het diepe wordt gegooid. In deze dynamische rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke werkbegeleiding en coaching van de vergunningverleners in jouw team. Tegelijkertijd ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor het gemeentelijk management en stuur je op de 'nieuwe stijl' van vergunningverlening (integraal adviseren en meedenken). Een gemiddelde werkweek is heerlijk afwisselend. Maandag start je bijvoorbeeld met een voortgangsoverleg met het hoofd VTH om de projectplanning en de opbrengsten van de werkvoorraad te bespreken. Vervolgens sluit je aan bij het teamoverleg met jouw BMC-specialisten: je biedt structuur, bewaakt de voortgang onder de Omgevingswet en helpt een junior collega bij een ingewikkelde bouwaanvraag. Halverwege de week spreek je jouw teamleden 1-op-1 over hun vitaliteit en persoonlijke groei, zodat het team met plezier en energie blijft presteren.
