🛠️ Jouw dag als Projectleider

In deze rol ben jij de regisseur van het bouwproces van A tot Z. Je bewaart het overzicht en zorgt dat elk project kwalitatief en tijdig wordt opgeleverd:

  • Totaalbeheer: Je geeft leiding aan verschillende bouwprojecten (logistiek, retail, kantoren, productieomgevingen en KMO-gebouwen) vanaf de start tot de definitieve oplevering.
  • Coördinatie: Je draagt zorg voor de planning en de volledige organisatie van de werf.
  • Communicatie: Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de architect, de opdrachtgever en de onderaannemers.
  • Vergaderen: Je organiseert en leidt de werfvergaderingen om de neuzen in dezelfde richting te houden.
  • Oplossingsgerichtheid: Je identificeert problemen die tijdens de bouwwerkzaamheden ontstaan en lost deze proactief en efficiënt op.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een Bachelordiploma Bouwkunde.
  • Je kunt terugblikken op minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider in de bouwsector.
  • Je hebt een ruim technisch inzicht en kunt vlot werken met het Office-pakket en AutoCAD.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen te motiveren op de werf.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
