Als Projectleider in Limburg neem je de dagelijkse leiding op de werf en bewaak je de voortgang van uitdagende projecten in de bouw, met een duidelijke focus op industriebouw en projecten waarin staal, traditionele bouw en hybride uitvoeringen samenkomen. Je werkt rechtstreeks op de werven, schakelt vlot met interne teams, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers, en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, planning, veiligheid en efficiëntie in balans blijven.

Je krijgt een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om je werk zelf te organiseren. Binnen deze functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de uitvoering en vertaal je het projectdossier naar een vlotte realisatie op de werf. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met voorbereiding, calculatie en engineering, en gebruik je ERP-systemen om opvolging en rapportering strak te houden.

Je kerntaken:

  • Leidt de werf opvolging van A tot Z en bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid;
  • Stuurt uitvoerende teams en onderaannemers aan en houdt iedereen op één lijn;
  • Volgt de voortgang op via ERP-tools en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve en operationele opvolging;
  • Signaleert risico’s, lost operationele knelpunten op en denkt mee in efficiënte oplossingen;
  • Onderhoudt een duidelijke en professionele communicatie met alle betrokken partijen;
  • Werkt mee aan een vlotte overdracht tussen voorbereiding, uitvoering en afronding van het project;
  • Bewaakt de kwaliteit op de werf en stuurt bij waar nodig om deadlines haalbaar te houden.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar korte communicatielijnen, een hands-on aanpak en doorgedreven expertise centraal staan. De projecten situeren zich vooral in Limburg en de ruimere regio, met een sterke aanwezigheid in industriebouw en een groeiende rol in complexe bouwprojecten.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een projectleider met een eerste ervaring, bij voorkeur in een omgeving waar werfopvolging, planning en coördinatie echt centraal staan. Ervaring in industriebouw is een sterke troef, maar ook kandidaten met feeling voor traditionele bouw of hybride projecten komen zeker in aanmerking.

We zoeken iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, gestructureerd werkt en het overzicht bewaart, ook wanneer projecten complexer worden. Een diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar je leervermogen, drive en praktische ingesteldheid wegen minstens even zwaar.

Wat we graag terugzien:

  • ervaring als projectleider, werfverantwoordelijke of in een gelijkaardige uitvoerende bouwfunctie;
  • sterke affiniteit met werven en de uitvoering van bouwprojecten;
  • vlotte kennis van of bereidheid om snel te werken met ERP-systemen;
  • goede organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • een hands-on mentaliteit en de goesting om rechtstreeks op de werf aanwezig te zijn;
  • vermogen om verschillende partijen efficiënt aan te sturen en afspraken op te volgen;
  • interesse in industriebouw, algemene bouw of een combinatie van beide;
  • bereidheid om bij te leren via interne opleiding en begeleiding;
  • rijbewijs B en vlotte verplaatsbaarheid naar werven in de regio Limburg.
