Krijg jij energie van het aansturen van teams, het coördineren van processen én het opleveren van kwalitatief goed werk? Dan pas jij perfect bij ons. Wat ga je bij ons doen? Als projectleider ben jij de spil tussen opdrachtgevers, werkvoorbereiding, uitvoerders en alle andere betrokkenen. Jij: - Bent verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle realisatie van projecten binnen tijd, budget en kwaliteit; - Stuurt (mede) het projectteam aan en coacht collega's op de werkvloer; - Houdt regie op planning, risico's, kosten en voortgang; - Bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid; - Onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en ketenpartners; - Lost knelpunten praktisch en doortastend op; - Rapporteert over de projectstatus en draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen.
