FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een belangrijke speler, die dé referentie is in België voor platte en hellende daken, zijn we op zoek naar een Projectleider.

Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor het succesvol realiseren van projecten rekening houdend met een vlotte uitvoering, gezond budget en de juiste mensen op de juiste plaats.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Organiseren en coördineren van werven van A tot Z met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendabiliteit
  • Bewaken van de voortgang op de projecten en deadlines door kwaliteit op de werf te controleren, materiaal tijdig te bestellen en budgetten nauw op te volgen
  • Motiveren en sturen van eigen ploegen & ploegen van onderaannemers
  • Sensibiliseren van eigen teams & teams van onderaannemers op gebied van veiligheid
  • Centraal aanspreekpunt voor klant en opbouwen van duurzame samenwerking
  • Coördineren van werfvergaderingen met alle betrokken partners

PROFIEL

  • Passie voor bouwkunde en interesse in de technische aspecten van een plat dak
  • Diploma bouwkunde en/of enkele jaren relevante ervaring
  • Geen problemen hebben bij het opvolgen van meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd
  • Eigenschap opnemen over projecten en proactief meedenken over oplossingen
  • Helder en overtuigend communiceren & de mogelijkheid om complexe boodschappen logisch voor te stellen
