Met een team van 120 collega's realiseren wij regionaal uiteenlopende projecten. Daarbij werken we in hechte projectteams, waar kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid vooropstaan. We houden van duidelijke afspraken en korte lijnen. Dat maakt ons werk overzichtelijk en prettig voor collega's én opdrachtgevers. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider ben jij de spil in onze projecten. Jij brengt structuur, bewaakt het overzicht en zorgt dat iedereen weet waar hij aan toe is. Je stuurt het team aan, houdt contact met opdrachtgevers en zorgt dat projecten van start tot oplevering goed verlopen. Je bewaakt daarbij niet alleen de techniek en planning, maar ook het financiële resultaat. Je signaleert tijdig afwijkingen, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van meer- en minderwerk én termijnfacturatie. - Aansturen en begeleiden van werkvoorbereiding, monteurs en onderaannemers; - Zorgen voor duidelijk overleg en het maken van heldere afspraken binnen het project; - Beoordelen van installatietekeningen en technische keuzes; - Bewaken van de planning en voortgang en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig; - Signaleren en beheersen van risico's en afwijkingen; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en deelnemen aan projectoverleggen; - Sturen op efficiënt werken en een optimaal projectresultaat; - Financieel bewaken van projecten, inclusief prognoses en budgetten; - Signaleren, offreren en laten accorderen van meer- en minderwerk; - Bewaken van termijnen en zorgen voor tijdige en correcte termijnfacturatie.
