The posting

Een project is verkocht. Nu moet het gebouwd worden - en jij zorgt dat dat vlekkeloos gebeurt. Als projectleider ben je de centrale schakel tussen sales en uitvoering: je plant, coördineert en bewaakt elk project van de eerste stap in engineering tot de oplevering op de werf en de eerste productierun. Je volgt meerdere projecten tegelijk op en houdt over elk daarvan het overzicht, ook wanneer het onverwacht complexer wordt.

Concreet betekent dat:

• Je neemt projecten over van sales zodra ze verkocht zijn en zorgt voor een vlotte, gestructureerde opstart.

• Je stelt de projectplanning en het hijsplan op, met duidelijke mijlpalen voor engineering, productie, transport en werf.

• Je organiseert de kickoff met alle betrokken partijen, intern én bij de klant.

• Je bewaakt deadlines samen met engineering, stemt af met de planner over capaciteit en prioriteiten, en stuurt de werfleider aan.

• Je bent vóór montagestart het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en communiceert proactief - niets komt als een verrassing.

• Je bewaakt het projectbudget, behandelt meerwerk correct en transparant, en houdt je dossier nauwgezet bij.

• Je bent aanwezig bij de oplevering en de eerste productierun, stelt de gebruiksaanwijzing op en sluit elk project administratief en financieel correct af.

• Je evalueert elk project kritisch en deelt actief wat beter kan - jij maakt het team elke keer sterker.
