Projectleider Warmtenet Maassluis Over de functie ft 33054 Als Projectleider Warmtenet werk je aan de ontwikkeling van een lokaal warmtenet en help je de gemeentelijke regie verder te professionaliseren. Je verbindt interne teams en externe partners en zorgt voor een stevige governance- en projectstructuur. Daarbij behartig je het gemeentelijk belang en werk je toe naar heldere afspraken die juridisch en bestuurlijk standhouden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de afstemming, voortgang en inhoudelijke uitwerking binnen een complexe gemeentelijke context. Wat ga je doen - Je werkt samen met de warmteleverancier, woningcorporatie, netbeheerders en overige stakeholders. - Je behartigt het gemeentelijk belang bij de totstandkoming van de samenwerkingsovereenkomst (SOK). - Je ontwikkelt en borgt een robuuste governance- en projectstructuur. - Je stemt de uitvoeringsafspraken met het warmtebedrijf en andere betrokken partners af. - Je actualiseert relevante regelgeving en beleidsdocumenten passend bij de ontwikkeling van het warmtenet. - Je organiseert en structureert de interne gemeentelijke samenwerking tussen Vastgoed, Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling, Juridische Zaken, Financiën, Participatie & Communicatie en Duurzaamheid. - Je bereidt bestuurlijke besluitvorming voor en werkt college- en raadsvoorstellen inhoudelijk uit. - Je voert risicomanagement en scenarioverkenningen uit. - Je stemt bewonerscommunicatie en participatie af met interne teams en externe partners. Eisen - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als projectleider en/of programmamanager binnen een overheidsorganisatie. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met projecten op het gebied van de energie- en/of warmtetransitie. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met de ontwikkeling en/of realisatie van warmtenetten. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met gemeentelijke besluitvorming en het opstellen en/of begeleiden van contracten en samenwerkingsovereenkom...
