Op basis daarvan coördineer je het volledige proces en bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit en samenhang van de werkzaamheden. Je bent van begin tot eind betrokken bij projecten en werkt samen met je team aan een succesvolle uitvoering, waarbij je stuurt op planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan een klantgericht projectteam. Je zorgt voor heldere verantwoordelijkheden, een goede samenwerking en een team dat effectief samenwerkt en weet wat er verwacht wordt. Je draagt zorg voor een soepel verloop van het gehele proces voor alle betrokken partijen, van opdrachtgever tot bewoner. Met duidelijke communicatie en een klantgerichte aanpak zorg je voor een prettige projectervaring. Daarbij schakel je voortdurend tussen projectplanning, mensen en resultaten. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie geef je richting aan projecten én aan je team. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhouds- en renovatiewerkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en binnen de gestelde kaders worden uitgevoerd. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Betrokken zijn bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten; - Meedenken vanaf de initiatieffase over aanpak, planning en haalbaarheid; - Sturen op planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget; - Leidinggeven aan het project- of klantteam en zorgen voor een effectieve samenwerking; - Bewaken van de voortgang en tijdig bijsturen om projecten op koers te houden; - Regelmatig aanwezig zijn op projectlocaties om de uitvoering te monitoren en af te stemmen me...
