Ben jij een organisatietalent dat moeiteloos overzicht bewaart en projecten succesvol naar de eindstreep brengt? Als Projectleider werk je aan zowel nieuwbouw, renovaties als projectontwikkelingen. Je krijgt ma andere woorden dus de kans om uiteenlopende bouwprojecten uit te voeren en te leiden.

Als Projectleider sta je in voor een breed takenpakket:

  • Om te beginnen plan, organiseer en coördineer je alle ruwbouwwerkzaamheden binnen nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten
  • Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige voorbereiding, duidelijke uitvoeringsdossiers en een efficiënte opstart van de werf
  • Je stuurt de uitvoerende teams en onderaannemers aan, van funderingen tot ruwbouwstructuren (metselwerken, betonwerken, welfsels, staalstructuren…)
  • Tevens bewaak je de kwaliteit, uitvoeringstermijnen en veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werf
  • Je bereidt alle technische bouwfasen voor, maakt planningen op, bestelt materialen en stemt alle activiteiten af met uitvoerders, leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Je garandeert dat de juiste middelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn
  • Tot slot monitor je proactief de voortgang van de werf en bewaak je de technische haalbaarheid

De gezochte Projectleider:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor Bouw
  • Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen de bouwsector
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans
  • Je bent communicatief sterk
  • Tot slot ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
