Jobomschrijving

Heb jij ruime ervaring op industriële werven en weet je perfect wat er nodig is om een project operationeel, technisch én organisatorisch in goede banen te leiden? Neem jij zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid en wacht je niet tot iemand zegt wat er moet gebeuren? Dan kan deze functie een interessante volgende stap zijn.

Voor een gevestigde en gespecialiseerde speler binnen een technische industriële omgeving zoeken we naar een ervaren Projectleider Industriële Werven. Je komt terecht in een organisatie die actief is op uitdagende projecten binnen onder andere industrie, petrochemie en bouw.

We zoeken hierbij nadrukkelijk geen klassieke projectleider die voornamelijk vanop kantoor coördineert. We zoeken iemand die de realiteit van een werf kent, technisch sterk staat en vanuit ervaring weet hoe je mensen, materiaal, planning en uitvoering op elkaar afstemt.

Wat ga je doen als Projectleider Industriële Werven?

Als projectleider draag je een ruime verantwoordelijkheid over jouw toegewezen projecten. Je volgt deze van voorbereiding tot oplevering op en bewaakt zowel de technische, operationele, organisatorische als financiële kant.

Concreet sta je onder meer in voor:

  • organiseren en coördineren van industriële werven;
  • voorbereiden en opvolgen van werfmobilisatie en demobilisatie;
  • aansturen en opvolgen van eigen werfploegen en onderaannemers;
  • zorgen dat mensen, materialen, gereedschappen en middelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn;
  • bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang;
  • opvolgen van de technische uitvoering op de werf;
  • verzorgen van de nodige werfadministratie en ondersteuning van de facturatie;
  • problemen op de werf tijdig detecteren én zelfstandig oplossen;
  • communiceren met klanten, medewerkers, onderaannemers en interne collega's;
  • financieel gezond opvolgen van jouw projecten.

Je krijgt ondersteuning vanuit de interne organisatie, maar er wordt wel verwacht dat je ownership neemt over jouw projecten en werven. In de aangeleverde functieomschrijving wordt dit treffend omschreven als de werf bijna als een bedrijf op zich leiden.

Voor deze positie is vooral jouw praktijkervaring binnen industriële werfwerking doorslaggevend.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als projectleider, werfleider, site manager of verantwoordelijke van industriële werven.
  • Je bent volledig vertrouwd met de dagelijkse werking en organisatie van een werf.
  • Je weet hoe je een werf opstart, organiseert, opvolgt en afrondt.
  • Ervaring met werfmobilisatie en demobilisatie is belangrijk.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers en/of onderaannemers.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt spontaan verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent hands-on en wacht niet af wanneer actie nodig is.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel mensen op de werf als klanten en interne collega's.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning én rendement.
  • Een technische of bouwtechnische achtergrond is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met industriële straal-, schilder- of coatingwerken vormt een sterke troef. Ook een VCA/VCA-VOL-attest is een pluspunt.
