BCS Swinnen (Balen) is een financieel gezond aannemersbedrijf en dé specialist in bouwwerken. Sinds 1985 realiseren we vakkundig projecten op maat in de (petro)chemie, industrie en nucleaire sector. Dankzij onze brede ervaring kunnen we onze klanten maximaal ontzorgen, van planning tot uitvoering. Met onze groeiplannen bouw je niet alleen mee aan indrukwekkende projecten, maar ook aan een duurzame toekomst. Om onze groei te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een (m/v):

PROJECTLEIDER

Je bent de drijvende kracht achter je projecten, van eerste klantcontact tot succesvolle oplevering.

Nog voor het project van start gaat, ben jij al mee aan zet. Je denkt actief mee over de mogelijkheden, geeft technisch advies en helpt mee om het project scherp te krijgen. Zodra het project is toegewezen, neem jij de volledige leiding over. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en realisatie van jouw projecten van A tot Z. Je stuurt rechtstreeks de werfleiders aan en coördineert indirect de arbeiders en onderaannemers. Je zorgt voor een duidelijke planning, volgt deze op en stuurt bij waar nodig in functie van veranderende omstandigheden. Je bereidt werfvergaderingen voor, neemt eraan deel en waakt over de voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en het budget van je projecten. Je bent regelmatig op de werf aanwezig en ziet toe op de correcte uitvoering van de werken. Je anticipeert op knelpunten of uitdagingen en voorkomt ze door tijdig in te grijpen. Daarnaast stem je regelmatig af met externe partijen zoals studiebureaus en architecten en denkt actief mee over technische optimalisaties en verbeteringen in uitvoering.

Jouw sterktes als projectleider zijn …

· Je hebt een bachelor of master in een bouwkundige richting, of je kan rekenen op minimum enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.

· Je hebt een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl en weet mensen te motiveren, aan te sturen en verder te ontwikkelen.

· Je denkt proactief en ziet problemen of opportuniteiten al aankomen voor ze zich stellen.

· Je weet het overzicht te behouden en kan prioriteiten stellen, ook onder druk.

· Je hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit en veiligheid en bewaakt deze actief mee op de werven.

· Je hebt een echte KMO-mentaliteit: hands-on, betrokken en schakelt indien nodig.
