Bouwinterieur is een familiaal bedrijf gespecialiseerd in exclusieve renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten in de regio Knokke-Heist.

Vandaag zoeken zij een projectleider die dezelfde ingesteldheid deelt: iemand op wie ze kunnen rekenen, die verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Wat mag je verwezenlijken?

Als projectleider ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de zaakvoerders, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je volgt de projecten van dichtbij op.

· de verschillende werven nauwgezet opvolgen en regelmatig ter plaatse aanwezig zijn;

· de voorbereiding, organisatie en planning van de werven mee verzorgen van A tot Z;

· onderaannemers aansturen en de verschillende werkzaamheden goed op elkaar afstemmen;

· bestellingen plaatsen en leveringen, afspraken en timing opvolgen;

· de kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering van de werken bewaken;

· praktische problemen snel detecteren en oplossingsgericht schakelen;

· instaan voor de administratieve opvolging: werfmeldingen, bestellingen, e-mails, documentatie en andere werfgerelateerde administratie;

Diploma’s en ervaring zijn belangrijk, maar bij Bouwinterieur telt ook wie je bent.

· Je hebt een opleiding als (interieur)architect, assistent-architect of een andere bouwkundige achtergrond, of je bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.

· Je hebt affiniteit met renovatie en kwalitatieve interieurprojecten.

· Je bent organisatorisch sterk, nauwgezet en houdt graag het overzicht.

· Je bent praktisch en pragmatisch ingesteld: je ziet wat nodig is en onderneemt actie.

· Je communiceert duidelijk, constructief en transparant.

· Je kan onderaannemers op een correcte én kordate manier aansturen.

· Je bent klantgericht en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, afwerking en detail.

· Je bent positief, betrouwbaar en gemotiveerd — iemand die afspraken niet alleen noteert, maar ze ook bewaakt.
