Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van een extra onderhoudsspoor en een wasstraat op een bestaande locatie, zodat deze geschikt wordt voor nieuwe, langere metrovoertuigen. Je stuurt de planvorming, engineering en voorbereiding van de benodigde aanpassingen aan en zorgt voor een integraal en uitvoerbaar ontwerp. Je begeleidt het aanbestedingsproces en bewaakt de uitvoering, waarbij je zorgt dat de werkzaamheden aansluiten op de dagelijkse exploitatie en het onderhoud. Je stemt af met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe partijen, bewaakt de voortgang, het budget en de risico's, en zorgt voor een veilige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige oplevering. Tijdens het gehele traject ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van ontwerp- en besluitvormingsprocessen en het waarborgen van de continuïteit van de werkplaats. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ervaring met het aansturen van stakeholders, leveranciers en het werken met technische documentatie - Integraal denkend en in staat om samenhang te overzien tussen verschillende projectaspecten - Uitstekende vaardigheden in planning, organisatie en prioritering - Beschikbaar voor 16 tot 24 uur per week - Zelfstandig, snel lerend en proactief in het zoeken van afstemming - Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in civiele techniek of werktuigbouwkunde - Proactief, toont eigenaarschap en signaleert knelpunten tijdig - Verbindend leiderschap en in staat om verschillende disciplines te verbinden - Resultaatgericht en gericht op het behalen van concrete doelen - Kennis van multidisciplinaire ontwerp- en realisatietrajecten - Ruime ervaring in technisch projectmanagement, engineering of infrastructuurprojecten Dire...
