Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de engineering, productie en montage van aluminium ramen, gevels en zonnepanelen. Hun activiteiten zijn gericht op de Nederlandse en de Belgische markt voor zowel utiliteitsbouw als woningbouw.

Het is een onafhankelijk familiebedrijf, waarbij een goede mix van ervaring en jong talent zorgt voor een aangename werksfeer. Er word gewerkt vanuit een zeer modern kantoor ten noorden van Antwerpen, met een eigen productie-afdeling.

Jobomschrijving

- Als Projectleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor zowel de technische als financiële opvolging van de projecten.

- Je stuurt een team aan bestaande uit werkvoorbereiders en projectingenieurs.

- Je werkt nauw samen met de werfleiders om projecten tot in de puntjes te realiseren.

- Een heldere communicatie met alle stakeholders staat centraal, en waar nodig, stuur je bij.

- Na de oplevering evalueer je het project grondig met alle betrokken partijen.

Als Projectleider ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de projecten, waarbij je niet alleen verantwoordelijk bent voor de technische en financiële aspecten, maar ook voor het aansturen van een toegewijd team. Als jij een ervaren bouwkundige bent met uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, een scherp oog voor detail en een passie voor grootschalige projecten, dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Onze ideale kandidaat heeft:

- Een Masterdiploma Bouwkunde en/of gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd als Projectleider in de loop der jaren.

- Ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in grootschalige projecten.

- Uitstekende people managementvaardigheden en de capaciteit om effectief te communiceren met diverse belanghebbenden.

- Een resultaatgerichte instelling en het vermogen om proactief bij te sturen waar nodig.

- Mentale flexibiliteit en het vermogen om snel te schakelen in een dynamische omgeving.

- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een nauwkeurige werkwijze.

- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
