Deze groei vraagt om verdere professionalisering, niet alleen van de werkzaamheden, maar ook van de aansturing. Als projectleider zorg jij ervoor dat het team de werkzaamheden technisch en logistiek zo efficiënt mogelijk uit kan voeren. Daarnaast help je mee om elektrotechniek binnen Bonarius verder te laten groeien. Met de verduurzamingsopgave die er voor de installatiebranche is, ligt is er een mooie uitdaging om hier actief aan mee te werken. Bij individuele woningen zijn bij de verduurzaming aanpassingen aan de elektrische installatie noodzakelijk maar ook bij collectieve installaties zijn aanpassingen noodzakelijk, hierbij is met name de regeltechniek belangrijk. Je hebt passie voor het vak en krijgt veel energie van het opzetten, professionaliseren en uitbreiden van een afdeling. Hier zet jij graag je tanden in! WAT GA JE DOEN - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en in uitvoering nemen van elektrotechnische projecten - Stuurt projecten aan en zorgt voor een naadloze aansluiting met andere betrokken afdelingen - Je houdt zicht op de voortgang, bewaakt het budget en signaleert tijdig afwijkingen - Je neemt actie als dat nodig is, waarbij je altijd oplossingsgericht te werk gaat - Je begeleidt en coacht minder ervaren teamleden bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de offertes, hebt regelmatig overleg met opdrachtgevers en sluit aan bij bouwvergaderingen - Je draagt zorg voor de administratieve afhandeling van projecten WAT BIEDEN WIJ - Werken bij een profession...
