Aanvraag-details Projectleider / Adviseur optimalisatie beheer Openbare Ruimte - Gemeente Moerdijk - Aanvraagnummer: SRQ175604 Aantal uren per week 36 PROJECTLEIDER / ADVISEUR OPTIMALISATIE BEHEER OPENBARE RUIMTE Aanleiding en Doel van de Opdracht Gemeente Moerdijk heeft behoefte aan een externe, specialistische doorlichting en optimalisatie van de werkprocessen binnen het domein Beheer Openbare Ruimte. De opdracht richt zich specifiek op de sub-disciplines: groen, bomen, straatmeubilair, spelen en buitensportaccommodaties . Het doel is een operationele en kwalitatieve verankering van deze processen in de organisatie, inclusief een vastgesteld capaciteitsmodel en heldere rolverdelingen. Deze uitvraag is expliciet ingericht als een ''Overeenkomst van Opdracht''. Er wordt nadrukkelijk géén tijdelijke functie of formatieplaats in de lijnorganisatie opengesteld. - Geen gezagsverhouding / Geen lijnverantwoordelijkheid: Opdrachtnemer stuurt de implementatie en borging functioneel aan op basis van resultaat. Opdrachtnemer krijgt géén hiërarchische, personele of operationele lijnbevoegdheid over de medewerkers van Gemeente Moerdijk. - Vrijheid van uitvoering: Opdrachtnemer deelt de eigen werkzaamheden, methodieken en werktijden zelfstandig in. Er is geen sprake van leiding, toezicht of operationele aansturing door Gemeente Moerdijk. - Bedrijfsmiddelen: Opdrachtnemer maakt gebruik van eigen bedrijfsmiddelen (zoals laptop og software). Indien voor de implementatie toegang tot specifieke interne systemen van Gemeente Moerdijk noodzakelijk is, stelt de gemeente hiertoe uitsluitend een inlogomgeving beschikbaar.
