We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - Een plan van aanpak opstelt voor de projectfase, inclusief planning, bestuurlijke besluitmomenten en momenten voor medezeggenschap - De benodigde besluitvorming over de uitgangspunten, het werkplekconcept, de ruimtebehoefte en de hoofdlijnen van de indeling voorbereidt - Adviesaanvragen en instemmingsverzoeken voor de ondernemingsraad voorbereidt en het medezeggenschapstraject bewaakt - Een participatieaanpak ontwikkelt en faciliteert, inclusief een klankbordgroep voor medewerkers - Samen met Communicatie een communicatieplan opstelt - Een programma van eisen actualiseert op basis van de genomen besluiten, zodat het ontwerpteam ermee aan de slag kan - Budget, scope en ramingen integraal in beeld brengt en voorstellen doet voor risicobeheersing - Een inkoopstrategie opstelt voor ontwerp- en adviesdiensten en als inhoudelijk projectverantwoordelijke de aanbesteding begeleidt - Een voorstel maakt voor de projectorganisatie, met rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, overlegstructuren en benodigde capaciteit voor de huidige en volgende projectfase - Technisch vooronderzoek laat uitvoeren en de mogelijkheden voor tijdelijke huisvesting verkent Je brengt visie, besluitvorming en samenwerking samen, zodat het ontwerp voor de modernisering en verduurzaming van het gemeentehuis kan starten.
