- Projectleider Afbouw Ben jij een ervaren projectleider in de afbouw en krijg jij energie van projecten die van begin tot eind goed geregeld zijn? Bij Stamhuis ben je verantwoordelijk voor meerdere afbouwprojecten tegelijk. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt verschillende partijen aan en zorgt dat planning, budget en kwaliteit op orde zijn. Van de eerste voorbereiding tot de oplevering: jij houdt de lijnen kort en zorgt dat het project goed verloopt. Stamhuis is een familiebedrijf dat zich bezighoudt met winkelverbouwingen, interieur en afbouw. Binnen Stamhuis is Bimmerman onze specialist in afbouw en interieur. Samen met onze vakspecialisten realiseren we projecten voor grote retailklanten zoals Albert Heijn, Gall & Gall en Etos. Van vloer tot plafond en van wanden tot maatwerkinterieur: we zorgen dat het klopt. Werkzaamheden Als Projectleider Afbouw ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de opdrachtgever, werkvoorbereiding en de werkvloer. Je begeleidt meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en houdt daarbij de planning, financiën, kwaliteit en veiligheid goed in de gaten. Wat ga je doen? - Je begeleidt meerdere afbouwprojecten tegelijkertijd, van start tot oplevering. - Je stelt planningen op en bewaakt deze actief. - Je stuurt werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders, monteurs, onderaannemers en leveranciers aan. - Je overlegt met opdrachtgevers, modelleurs en andere projectleiders. - Je bewaakt de voortgang, planning, kwaliteit en het budget van jouw projecten. - Je signaleert knelpunten en zorgt dat deze snel en praktisch worden opgelost. - Je bent financieel verantwoordelijk voor jouw projecten. - Je zorgt voor een veilige uitvoering en tevreden opdrachtgevers.
