Voor een ervaren aannemer gespecialiseerd in gevel- en betonrenovatie zoeken we een projectleider voor regio Nieuwpoort, die energie haalt uit het herwaarderen van bestaand patrimonium. In deze rol neem je ownership over renovatieprojecten in een unieke omgeving en combineer je technische diepgang met sterke organisatie- en communicatieskills. De functie inhoud Wat houdt de job als Projectleider - Gevelrenovatie in?

  • Zelfstandig leiden van gevel- en betonrenovatieprojecten van toewijzing tot oplevering.
  • Praktische organisatie en opvolging van de uitvoering, met focus op timing, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Financiële opvolging van projecten en rapportering over budgetten, vorderingen en rendabiliteit.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor bouwheren, syndici, architecten, studiebureaus en onderaannemers.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van één of meerdere werfleiders in hun dagelijkse werking.
  • Bewaken van kosten, risico’s en meerwerken, en waar nodig bijsturen of onderhandelen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de directie en meedenken over een efficiënte projectaanpak.

  • Communicatief vaardig, teamgericht en comfortabel in een aansturende rol.
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig bij onverwachte situaties of wijzigingen.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, met basiskennis Frans en Engels.
