Voor onze klant, een klasse 8 aannemer regio Gent die actief is in de afwerking van kantoor- en utiliteitsgebouwen, is Noël Franklin op zoek naar een projectleider afwerking. Je komt terecht in een heel gestructureerde firma waar er bijna geen verloop is. Een goede werksfeer vinden ze heel belangrijk waardoor er jaarlijks meerdere evenementen worden georganiseerd. Hoe zal jouw dag als projectleider regio Gent eruit zien?

  • Als projectleider afwerking heb je de volledige technische en financiële verantwoordelijkheid voor de projecten.
  • Je maakt de planning op en zorgt ervoor dat alles wordt afgerond binnen de afgesproken deadlines.
  • Als key contactpersoon zorg jij er voor dat dat er een goede communicatie is naar alle partijen, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je onderhandelt met de leveranciers en onderaannemers en plaatst de bestellingen wanneer nodig, daarnaast onderhoudt je goede contacten met hen.

Onze klant Je komt terecht in een klasse 8 aannemer, gevestigd in regio Gent, is gespecialiseerd in totaalafwerkingen van kantoor- en utiliteitsgebouwen. Daarnaast ontwerpen, produceren en installeren ze zelf verplaatsbare wanden, meubilair, akoestisch materiaal, etc...

Het bedrijf telt een 200-tal werknemers en onderscheid zich van andere firma's door heel gestructureerd te werk te gaan waardoor het bedrijf bijna geen verloop kent. Ze staan al meer dan 70 jaar bekend om een hoge kwalitatieve afwerking af te leveren. Verder zorgen ze voor een goede werksfeer binnen het bedrijf want ze organiseren elk jaar een eindejaarsfeest, zetten zich in voor het goede doel of doen mee aan sportieve uitdagingen, voor elk wat wils dus! Heb jij het ideale profiel van een projectleider afwerking?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een master diploma in een bouw specifieke richting. Heb je al enkele jaren ervaring binnen een afwerkingsfunctie, dan is dat mooi meegenomen!
  • Afstanden schrikken je niet af? Je stelt je flexibel op, ook wanneer de werf zich wat verder bevindt.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands is vereist, Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je neemt snel het voortouw en bent niet bang voor verantwoordelijkheid.
