De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Projectleider Afwerking regio Roeselare?

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor de uitvoering van interieurprojecten, van eerste opmeting tot definitieve oplevering.
  • Je coördineert alle betrokken partijen: interieurarchitecten, installatieteams en interne productie, en houdt iedereen op schema.
  • Je bezoekt de werven regelmatig om de kwaliteit en voortgang te bewaken en snel bij te sturen waar nodig.
  • Je werkt technische uitvoeringsplannen en productieplannen uit, o.a. in AutoCAD, zodat elk detail klopt voor de vloer wordt gelegd.
  • Je beheert de materiaalbevoorrading en plaatst bestellingen tijdig zodat de uitvoering nooit stil valt.
  • Occasioneel begeleid je ook projecten buiten Vlaanderen, wat zorgt voor extra variatie in je takenpakket.

Onze klant Je komt terecht in een familiebedrijf die al 35 jaar bestaat, en waar woonbeleving centraal staat. Hun core business is meubelen maken, soms ook renovaties. Ze starten meestal vanuit de keuken en doen soms ook projecten van de boven- tot benedenverdieping. Aan de basis ligt hun expertise die een unieke woonbeleving vertaalt in een multifunctionele realisatie.

Een 45-tal collega's staan klaar om je met open armen te ontvangen en zitten graag met je samen aan de jaarlijkse ontbijt- en/of bbq tafel voor een gezellige babbel. Er heerst een vlakke structuur waar iedereen aanspreekbaar is. Als Projectleider Afwerking herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een bouwkundige of interieurgerichte richting, of je beschikt over gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring. Beide komen in aanmerking!
  • Je werkt vlot met AutoCAD en vindt je weg in technische plannen.
  • Ervaring binnen de interieur- of afwerkingssector is een mooie troef, maar geen harde vereiste.
  • Je combineert teamspirit met zelfstandigheid: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en bewaakt je eigen planning.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis Nederlands en communiceert helder met alle betrokken partijen op de werf.
