Om elk interieurproject van ruwbouw tot droomresultaat te begeleiden, krijg je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over de operationele uitvoering.

  • Als projectleider afwerking neem je de leiding over de volledige werfopvolging, waarbij je de planning van zowel eigen vaklui als onderaannemers naadloos op elkaar afstemt.
  • Je waakt over de esthetische kwaliteit en de technische precisie van de uitvoering, zodat elk project voldoet aan de hoge afwerkingsgraad waar het bedrijf om bekend staat.
  • Jouw dag draait om het bewaken van de budgetten en de vooropgestelde deadlines, waarbij je proactief bijstuurt waar nodig om de rendabiliteit te garanderen.
  • Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor architecten en bouwheren, waarbij je technische uitdagingen vertaalt naar werkbare en mooie oplossingen op de werf.
  • Het nauwkeurig controleren van de werfadministratie en het voorbereiden van de definitieve oplevering vallen onder jouw hoede, wat zorgt voor een vlekkeloze overdracht aan de klant.
