Als projectleider ben jij de spil in het bouwproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie en begeleiding van projecten, van tenderfase tot en met oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, constructeurs, adviseurs en aannemers, en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen planning, budget en kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en bewaakt de voortgang op alle fronten. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de advisering tijdens de ontwerpfase en zorg je ervoor dat ontwerpen uitvoerbaar en realistisch zijn. Jouw taken omvatten: - Coördineren en aansturen van bouwprojecten in alle fases, van voorbereiding tot oplevering; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, aannemers en adviseurs; - Organiseren en begeleiden van tenders en aanbestedingstrajecten; - Uitvoeren van directievoering en bouwbegeleiding op de bouwplaats; - Adviseren over haalbaarheid, risico's en optimalisaties tijdens de ontwerpfase; - Opstellen van rapportages, voortgangsverslagen en financiële overzichten; - Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief schakelen met het projectteam.

Naast je operationele taken krijg je ook de kans om mee te denken over procesoptimalisatie en de verdere professionalisering van de projectbeheersing binnen het bureau. Er is ruimte om door te groeien naar een rol als senior projectleider of projectmanager, waarbij je meer strategische verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en eventueel een eigen team gaat aansturen. Het bureau investeert actief in de ontwikkeling van medewerkers door middel van opleidingen, cursussen en kennisdeling binnen het team.
