  • Je neemt bouwprojecten onder jouw hoede vanaf de voorbereiding van de uitvoering tot en met de definitieve oplevering.
  • Je organiseert de aanbestedingsfase, vergelijkt partijen en ondersteunt bij de selectie en aanstelling van geschikte aannemers.
  • Je stelt een haalbare uitvoeringsplanning op en bewaakt deadlines, budgetten en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Je coördineert de werkzaamheden op de werf en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen aannemers, bouwpartners en andere betrokkenen.
  • Je controleert of de uitvoering overeenstemt met de technische plannen, specificaties en afgesproken kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Je volgt de veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering nauwgezet mee op.
  • Je organiseert en leidt werfvergaderingen, maakt duidelijke verslagen en houdt alle partijen op de hoogte van de voortgang.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten tijdig, neemt initiatief en stuurt bij wanneer de planning of uitvoering daarom vraagt.
  • Je beschikt over een Master Architectuur of diploma Ingenieur-Architect.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de bouwsector, bijvoorbeeld als architect, projectleider, werfleider of werkvoorbereider.
  • Je bent sterk in het organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van meerdere activiteiten en betrokken partijen.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion en MS Office.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw projecten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en behoudt het overzicht wanneer onverwachte situaties zich voordoen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en discreet.
  • Je werkt graag samen en voelt je thuis in een praktische, no-nonsense KMO-omgeving.
