Jouw uitdagingen als projectleider automatisatie:

  • Organiseren en coördineren - als projectleider HVAC & Sanitair combineer je moeiteloos theorie (binnen) en praktijk (buiten) en ben je zowel verantwoordelijk voor de projectvoorbereiding als uitvoering op vlak van automatisatie. Klinkt goed, toch?
  • Budget bewaken - ook financieel staat jou een belangrijke taak te wachten. Je bent namelijk verantwoordelijk voor de vorderingen op jouw werf en houdt het budget nauwlettend in de gaten.
  • Team aansturen - je bent van nature uit een geboren leider en coördineert onze eigen ploegen, alsook deze van de betrokken onderaannemers.
  • Projectvoorbereiding - het lastenboek is jouw startpunt bij de voorbereiding van je dossiers. Jij selecteert de beste materialen en stelt de technische fiches op die alles perfect in kaart brengen.
  • Samenwerken - in nauwe samenwerking met het bouwteam en de tekenaar werk je de nodige uitvoeringsplannen en –schema’s zorgvuldig uit op vlak van automatisatie. Tijdens werfvergaderingen communiceer je de stand van zaken.
  • Kwaliteit en planning - een stipte planning volgen en waarbij ook de kwaliteit gewaarborgd wordt? Check!

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je behaalde een bachelor-of masteropleiding binnen een technische of bouwkunde richting (Energie, Elektromechanica, Werktuigkunde, ...). Jouw rugzak is stevig gevuld met kennis over HVAC, sanitair,elektrische installaties en je bent bovenal gepassioneerd door automatisering.
  • Met jouw enthousiaste, ondernemende en leergierige persoonlijkheid ben je vastbesloten om mee te groeien met onze organisatie.
  • Dankzij jouw kritische kijk en probleemoplossende vaardigheden is geen enkele uitdaging te groot.
  • Je bent van nature een organisatietalent én voorzien van sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om vlot te communiceren met alle betrokken partijen.
