Bij BVH Elektro zijn we gespecialiseerd in industriële elektriciteitswerken en gevestigd in Zwevegem. Wij realiseren totaaloplossingen van ontwerp, engineering tot installatie en onderhoud van elektrische installaties in industriële omgevingen.

Onze activiteiten omvatten onder meer bordenbouw, industriële bekabeling, data- en glasvezelnetwerken, verlichting en hoogspanningsinstallaties. Dankzij onze ervaring en hands-on aanpak bieden wij betrouwbare, veilige en efficiënte maatwerkoplossingen voor bedrijven in diverse sectoren.

Ons bedrijf blijft groeien, en daarom zoeken wij een enthousiaste collega die mee wil bouwen aan onze toekomst. Als Projectleider sta je in voor volgend takenpakket:

Verantwoordelijkheden Projectvoorbereiding

  • Analyseren van lastenboeken, plannen en technische dossiers
  • Opstellen van projectplanning en bepalen van middelen en personeel

Projectopvolging & coördinatie

  • Dagelijkse opvolging van werven
  • Aansturen van werfleiders, medewerkers en onderaannemers
  • Oplossen van technische en organisatorische knelpunten
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid

Budget & administratie

  • Opvolgen van kosten en offertes
  • Voorbereiden van facturatie en opvolgen van budgetten
  • Rapporteren over de financiële status en afwijkingen

Veiligheid & kwaliteit

  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures
  • Coördineren van keuringen en werfaudits
  • Implementeren van preventieve maatregelen op de werf

Communicatie

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens het project
  • Transparante communicatie over planning, voortgang en risico’s
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties

Oplevering

  • Organiseren van opleveringen en eindkeuringen
  • Finaliseren van projectdossiers
  • Evalueren van projecten en formuleren van verbeteracties

Je beschikt over een eerste werkervaring binnen industriële elektriciteit. Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed. Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt. Kennis van automatisatie wordt sterk gewaardeerd en is een belangrijke meerwaarde binnen deze rol.

Je bent flexibel, nauwkeurig en werkt op een ordelijke manier waarbij je zorg draagt voor materiaal en wagen. Je kan goed samenwerken, maar neemt ook zelf initiatief en werkt zelfstandig waar nodig. Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

Daarnaast communiceer je vlot en rapporteer je duidelijk. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van je werk en stuurt waar nodig collega’s aan, met aandacht voor motivatie, betrokkenheid en verdere professionele groei.
