Je bent betrokken bij projecten waarin bestaand vastgoed wordt verbeterd, verduurzaamd en toekomstbestendig gemaakt. Je bewaakt de technische, organisatorische en financiële voortgang en zorgt dat verschillende belangen en disciplines gedurende het traject goed op elkaar worden afgestemd. Daarbij signaleer je risico's en knelpunten tijdig en weet je waar nodig bij te sturen. Als projectleider ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, aannemers, installateurs en andere adviseurs. Je coördineert de samenwerking, bewaakt gemaakte afspraken en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie gedurende het hele project. Je bent daarbij niet alleen gericht op de voortgang, maar houdt ook oog voor de technische kwaliteit, energieprestaties en het uiteindelijke resultaat van het gebouw. Tijdens de uitvoering houd je overzicht over de verschillende werkzaamheden en zorg je dat het project beheerst richting oplevering wordt gebracht. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen technische inhoud, planning, financiën en het contact met betrokken partijen. Daarmee zorg je voor structuur in projecten waarin verschillende disciplines en belangen samenkomen. Deze functie past bij iemand die bouwkundige kennis combineert met organisatorisch inzicht en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het gehele projectverloop. Je bent besluitvaardig, houdt overzicht en weet binnen een adviesomgeving verschillende partijen op een professionele manier mee te nemen naar een goed en toekomstbestendig eindresultaat.
