De Bree Solutions is actief in industriële dienstverlening, rioolreiniging, reinigingswerken en gespecialiseerde interventies. Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een projectleider die de brug vormt tussen directie en werfleiders.

Waar de werfleiders verantwoordelijk zijn voor de dagelijkse voorbereiding, uitvoering en opvolging van hun werven, bewaak jij het overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk en ondersteun je hen bij technische, organisatorische, personeels- en klant gerelateerde vraagstukken.

FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING

Je combineert projectleiding, operationele aansturing en procesverbetering, met een sterke focus op rendement, kwaliteit en efficiënte uitvoering.

Je rapporteert aan het afdelingshoofd.

Projectleiding & operationele opvolging – ± 60%

  • Voorbereiding, organisatie en oplevering van projecten.
  • Dagelijkse operationele opvolging van de uitvoering in samenwerking met de werfleiders.
  • Opvolging van budgetten, rendementen en afwijkingen.
  • Werfbezoeken en opvolging van de voortgang.
  • Contacten met klanten en opdrachtgevers.
  • Projectevaluaties en nacalculaties, met analyse van winst- en verliesuren.

Procesverbetering & standaardisatie – ± 20%

  • Het uitwerken en verbeteren van workflows en processen.
  • Werkpostfiches en werkinstructies opmaken.
  • Meewerken aan veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • KPI-opvolging en rapportering.
  • Je streeft naar een continue verbetering van de werking en dienstverlening.

Aansturen en coachen van werfleiders – ± 20%

  • Ondersteunen van de werfleiders in hun dagelijkse werking en zorgt voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroom tussen uitvoering en directie.
  • Opvolgen voortgang van de werven.
  • Coachen en ondersteunen van de werfleiders.
  • Je helpt bij technische en organisatorische vraagstukken.
  • Bewaken van afspraken, planning en uitvoering.
  • Bachelor of master, bij voorkeur in een technische richting (industrieel ingenieur, bouwkunde, elektromechanica, milieukunde of gelijkwaardig) of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring in projectleiding, uitvoering of operationeel management.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring. Ervaring binnen industriële dienstverlening, rioleringswerken of een vergelijkbare sector is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan procesmatig denken zonder de praktische realiteit uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent bereid regelmatig op werfbezoek te gaan.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt oplossingsgericht en je bent zelfstandig.
  • Je bent sterk in planning, organisatie en opvolging.
  • Je hebt financieel inzicht en begrijpt het belang van budgetten, rendement en nacalculatie.
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen en stuurt bij wanneer nodig.
  • Je stelt je flexibel op en bent bereid om 1/6 weken de wachtdienst te doen.
  • Je werkt vanuit onze site in Maldegem.
