Renovatie vraagt om meer dan alleen een goede voorbereiding en strakke planning. Het vraagt om iemand die overzicht houdt, snel kan schakelen en het leuk vindt om midden in de praktijk te staan. Bij Nijhuis krijg je de ruimte om die kwaliteiten verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien naar Projectleider Uitvoering. Werk je nu als werkvoorbereider of uitvoerder en ben je klaar voor meer verantwoordelijkheid? Dan is dit jouw kans om de stap naar projectleider te maken. In deze functie start je naast een ervaren projectleider en groei je in ongeveer twee jaar toe naar het zelfstandig leiden van renovatieprojecten. Wij zoeken iemand met ambitie, lef en de drive om zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als aankomend Projectleider Uitvoering werk je mee aan verschillende renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten. Je trekt hierin samen op met een ervaren projectleider, die je stap voor stap meeneemt in het vak. Naarmate je groeit in de functie, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelfstandig onderdelen van projecten op te pakken. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je werkt samen met de projectleider uitvoering en krijgt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten. - Je helpt bij het opstellen van de planning, fasering en organisatie van projecten. - Je stemt af met onderaannemers, leveranciers en collega's op de bouwplaats. - Je bewaakt samen met het projectteam de voortgang, kwaliteit en gemaakte afspraken. - Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, bewoners en andere betrokkenen. - Je denkt mee over oplossingen wanneer de praktijk om een andere aanpak vraagt.
