Jij vertaalt beschikbare middelen en eerdere analyses naar concrete projecten die bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendige regio. Omschrijving van de opdrachtgever: Je gaat aan de slag voor de gemeente Heemskerk, binnen de regionale samenwerking van de IJmondgemeenten. De IJmond is een strategische industriële regio met staal- en maakindustrie, haven- en maritieme functies en een sterke technologische en onderwijsbasis. De regio speelt een belangrijke rol in de grote transities van onze samenleving, waarbij de bedrijventerreinen cruciaal zijn. Dankzij een provinciale subsidie werken de IJmondgemeenten samen aan groene groei: ze benutten economische kansen en verduurzamen, met behoud van een gezonde en aantrekkelijke leefomgeving. Geen bedrijventerrein is hetzelfde. Er zijn terreinen met maakindustrie en met logistiek, met goed georganiseerde ondernemerscollectieven en met locaties waar de samenwerking nog in ontwikkeling is. Ook de opgaven rond energiegebruik, circulariteit, ruimtegebruik, mobiliteit en netcongestie verschillen sterk per terrein. Deze diversiteit maakt de opgave uitdagend én kansrijk. De komende jaren kun je onder meer gebruikmaken van middelen uit het programma Gebiedsinvesteringen Netten op Zee. Aan het einde van de opdracht heb je concrete resultaten neergezet. De beschikbare middelen, waaronder uit Gebiedsinvesteringen Netten op Zee, zijn vertaald naar uitvoeringsprojecten en de bijbehorende projectvoorstellen zijn vastgesteld en in gang gezet.
