Ben jij een ervaren projectleider die klaar is voor een volgende stap in de regio Lichtervelde? Deze groeiende organisatie binnen de bedrijfsbouwsector biedt jou de kans om uitdagende projecten te leiden en samen te werken met een gedreven team in een familiale sfeer.

In de rol van Projectleider/Manager neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over diverse bedrijfsbouwprojecten en krijg je de ruimte om jouw expertise en leiderschap verder te ontwikkelen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je stuurt projecten van A tot Z aan en bewaakt kwaliteit, planning, budget en resources.
  • Je vertaalt het plan van de architect naar een uitvoerbaar technisch plan samen met collega's van aankoop, tekenbureau en stabiliteit.
  • Je coacht één of meerdere werfleiders en begeleidt ongeveer 8 werven tegelijkertijd.
  • Je neemt deel aan complexe werfvergaderingen en onderhoudt contact met klanten, onderaannemers en collega's.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen steeds over de juiste informatie beschikt en tilt je team naar een hoger niveau.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een Master in de Bouwkunde en minstens vijf jaar ervaring als werfleider of projectleider, bij voorkeur in de industriebouw.
  • Je bent klaar om een klein team te leiden of hebt hier al ervaring in en zoekt meer uitdaging.
  • Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht, pragmatisch en communiceert helder in het Nederlands (en eventueel Frans).
