Graag verantwoordelijkheid over een project van het eerste klantcontact tot de uitvoering? Als projectleider combineer je techniek, klantencontact en opvolging. Je begeleidt zowel de verkoop als de uitvoering en blijft doorheen het volledige traject het aanspreekpunt voor de klant.

Wat ga je doen?

Je komt terecht in een financieel gezond technisch bedrijf waar je projecten van A tot Z opvolgt. Geen functie waarin je één klein stukje van het proces beheert, maar een brede rol met verantwoordelijkheid.

• Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten

• Je luistert naar de vraag van de klant en vertaalt die naar een haalbare technische oplossing

• Je begeleidt het commerciële traject en volgt afspraken verder op

• Je coördineert de uitvoering van verkochte projecten

• Je bewaakt de voortgang en houdt contact met de betrokken partijen

• Je zorgt ervoor dat technische en praktische afspraken duidelijk zijn

• Je houdt klanten op de hoogte tijdens de uitvoering

• Je volgt het project verder op tot alles correct is afgerond

Je schakelt dus regelmatig tussen klant, techniek en uitvoering. Goed communiceren is minstens even belangrijk als technisch kunnen meepraten.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd

• Je beschikt over voldoende technisch inzicht om projecten en klantvragen te begrijpen

• Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten

• Je kunt verantwoordelijkheid nemen en verschillende stappen van een project opvolgen

• Je werkt georganiseerd en houdt overzicht

• Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
