Dit doen we vanuit onze kantooromgevingen in Groningen en Houten, bij opdrachtgevers op locatie en hybride vanuit huis. Functieprofiel In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de staat van gebouwen en gebouwgebonden installaties door heel Nederland. Wat ga je écht doen? - Je zit bovenop het technisch beheer en stuurt leveranciers, installateurs en aannemers scherp aan. - Je organiseert preventief onderhoud voor langlopende projecten en lost acute technische problemen direct op. - Je krijgt de volledige vrijheid om jouw projecten tot een succes te maken voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers. - Je analyseert technische gegevens en vertaalt deze naar een optimale planning voor beheer...
