Bij HEADHUNTER.Vlaanderen hebben we een samenwerking met verschillende bedrijven die actief zijn in de ruime bouw sector met o.a. kabel & leiding technieken, wegenwerken, civiele werken, spoorwegen en gebouwen maar ook bouwmaterialen, automatisatie processen & scheepsherstellingen.

Onze klant is een familiaal en groeiend bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in chape‑ en betonwerken en vloerisolatie voor zowel particuliere als industriële projecten.

Breng je graag structuur in beton projecten en zorg je er graag voor dat alles achter de schermen feilloos verloopt? Schakel je moeiteloos tussen administratie, planning en communicatie, en weet precies welke stappen nodig zijn om een project vooruit te stuwen?

In deze functie ondersteun je onze werfleiders vanuit kantoor en bewaak je de organisatie van projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je houdt het overzicht, zorgt dat alle informatie en middelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn en draagt zo bij aan een efficiënte, vlot draaiende uitvoering.

  • Projectregistratie: Je verwerkt nieuwe projecten nauwkeurig in het administratiesysteem.
  • Documentverzameling: Je verzamelt alle plannen, technische documenten en relevante projectinformatie.
  • Projectdossiers: Je stelt volledige projectdocumentatie samen, inclusief opdrachten, tekeningen, technische details en VGM‑documenten.
  • Materiaalbeheer: Je bestelt tijdig alle benodigde materialen, machines en betonpompen.
  • Planningsoverleg: Je maakt praktische afspraken met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Klantdocumentatie: Je zorgt dat alle vereiste documenten correct en tijdig bij de klant terechtkomen.
  • Werfleiderondersteuning: Je biedt administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning aan werfleiders voor lopende projecten.
  • Klantcommunicatie: Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en houdt de communicatie helder en efficiënt.
  • Werkbonverwerking: Je verwerkt werkbonnen nauwkeurig in het administratiesysteem.
  • Projectopvolging: Je monitort de voortgang en verwerkt wijzigingen tijdig.
  • Beschikbaarheidsbeheer: Je zorgt dat materialen, machines en onderaannemers steeds tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Dienst na verkoop: Je organiseert en volgt de dienst na verkoop zorgvuldig op.
  • Oplevering: Je bevestigt de oplevering en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afsluiting.
  • Factuurcontrole: Je controleert aankoopfacturen op basis van bestellingen.
  • Financieel: Je stelt vorderingsstaten, facturen en nacalculaties op.
  • Vergaderleiding: Je leidt de wekelijkse uitvoerdersvergaderingen en zorgt voor een duidelijke opvolging van actiepunten.
  • Organisatorisch sterk — Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht.
  • Communicatief vlot — Je schakelt makkelijk tussen collega’s, klanten en leveranciers en houdt de communicatie helder en professioneel.
  • Projectbeheerser — Je voelt je comfortabel bij het gelijktijdig opvolgen van verschillende projecten.
  • Oplossingsgericht — Je denkt vooruit, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en pakt uitdagingen met vertrouwen aan.
  • Ervaring in bouw of projectcoördinatie - bij voorkeur ook een bouwkundig diploma
