Wij zijn op zoek naar een Projectleider voor onze klant in regio Buggenhout, een gespecialiseerd aannemersbedrijf dat oppervlakteafwerking en onderhoudsdiensten levert voor betonverhardingen. Zij bieden deskundige oplossingen voor wegenbouw, luchthaveninfrastructuur en industriële projecten.

Jouw takenpakket als Projectleider bestaat uit:

  • Operationele leiding: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de werven, waarbij je de voortgang nauwgezet opvolgt en de personeelsbezetting optimaliseert.
  • Planning & Logistiek: Je maakt de planning voor de arbeiders op en ziet erop toe dat alle machines en materialen tijdig en op de juiste plek aanwezig zijn.
  • Projectbeheer: Je stelt vorderingsstaten op en voert controles uit op het materiaalverbruik en de toeleveringen.
  • Financieel overzicht: Je bewaakt de budgetten en de rendabiliteit van je projecten via duidelijke financiële rapportages.
  • Coördinatie: Je fungeert als spilfiguur tussen alle betrokken partijen, leidt werfvergaderingen en zorgt voor een vlotte informatieoverdracht.
  • Probleemoplossing: Je brengt risico’s proactief in kaart en grijpt direct in bij uitdagingen om de kwaliteit van A tot Z te garanderen.

Profiel

Als Projectleider herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over relevante vakkennis binnen de wegenbouw of de renovatie en herstelling van betonstructuren.
  • Je bent organisatorisch een krak, staat stevig in je schoenen en weet je team op een motiverende manier aan te sturen.
  • Je bent proactief, denkt in oplossingen en durft het initiatief te nemen wanneer een situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je combineert technisch en praktisch inzicht moeiteloos met een nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling.
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B of hoger
  • Je bent bereid om je af en toe naar Limburg te verplaatsen
  • Je houdt van korte lijnen en een open dialoog; je bent autonoom in je werk maar deelt problemen direct om ze samen op te lossen.
