Spring aan boord van een enthousiast, innovatief en groeiend bedrijf als Projectleider voor beurs- en standenbouw en ontwikkel niet alleen je technische en creatieve vaardigheden, maar ook je coördinerende talenten via uitdagingen die je nergens anders vindt. Wij zijn niet zomaar een standenbouwer; wij creëren meteen complete beurzen!

Takenpakket:

  • Jij bent de regisseur van alle technische en coördinerende aspecten van het project.
  • Het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de beursorganisator (jouw klant!) en de exposanten (de klanten van jouw klant).
  • Het technisch bouwplan, de materiaal- en laadlijst, en het uitvoeringsplan voor het bouwteam worden door jou getekend.
  • Je bedenkt slimme, nieuwe modulaire concepten die op grote schaal kunnen worden toegepast.
  • Aansturen van alle betrokken partijen, van je eigen project- en bouwteam tot alle leveranciers.
  • Indien nodig, op locatie de projecten opvolgen en ervoor zorgen dat alles tijdig wordt opgeleverd.
  • Administratieve verwerking van bestellingen, opstellen van offertes en uiteindelijke facturatie behoren ook tot jouw takenpakket.
  • Jouw enthousiasme is aanstekelijk, en uitdagingen ga je niet uit de weg.
  • Technisch inzicht en een solide basiskennis van AutoCAD (zowel 2D als 3D) zijn onmisbaar.
  • Je bent taalvaardig in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Tweetaligheid is een extra troef.
  • Het beheersen van nieuwe digitale tools en communicatiekanalen is voor jou een eitje. Office 365 is je vertrouwd, en nieuwe digitale tools leer je vliegensvlug aan.
  • Klantgericht werken en customer support schrikken jou niet af.
  • Daadkrachtig en doortastend: dat zijn jouw middle names.
  • Organiseren, coördineren en werken naar deadlines? Daar draai jij je hand niet voor om.
  • Ervaring in de beurswereld en/of standbouw is een mooie extra.
