Wil jij technische projecten in goede banen leiden binnen een omgeving waar beveiliging, automatisatie en slimme gebouwtechnieken samenkomen? Zoek je een functie waarin je verantwoordelijkheid combineert met klantencontact, coördinatie en techniek? Dan is deze uitdaging als projectleider beveiliging in regio Aalst zeker iets voor jou!

Onze klant is een gevestigde familiale onderneming met tientallen jaren ervaring binnen elektronische beveiliging en gebouwtechnieken. Vanuit hun expertise realiseren ze totaaloplossingen voor professionele klanten binnen industrie, KMO’s, logistieke sites en havenomgevingen. Hun activiteiten situeren zich onder andere binnen branddetectie, camerabewaking, toegangscontrole, alarmsystemen en automatisatie van gebouwen. Binnen deze organisatie werk je samen met een sterk technisch team waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.

Als projectleider beveiliging ben je verantwoordelijk voor de praktische opvolging van projecten van opstart tot oplevering, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met techniekers, installateurs en klanten.

Wat houdt de job in? Als projectleider beveiliging neem je de coördinatie op van uiteenlopende beveiligingsprojecten binnen professionele omgevingen

  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van technische dossiers voor projecten rond branddetectie, camerabewaking, toegangscontrole en alarmsystemen
  • Daarnaast stuur je interne techniekers en externe installateurs aan tijdens de uitvoering van de werken
  • Technische problemen analyseren en ondersteuning bieden bij fouten in bekabeling of aansluitingen
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, techniekers, leveranciers en andere projectmedewerkers
  • Bestellen en opvolgen van het nodige materiaal in samenwerking met het magazijn
  • Bewaken van timing, kwaliteit en budget zodat projecten correct worden opgeleverd
  • Mee opvolgen van meerwerken en opportuniteiten detecteren binnen lopende projecten
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering op de werf
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau of relevante technische ervaring binnen beveiliging of gebouwtechnieken
  • Daarnaast heb je kennis van branddetectie, toegangscontrole, camerabewaking of alarmsystemen, of ben je bereid dit technisch aan te leren
  • Verder beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kan je zelfstandig projecten en techniekers aansturen
  • Tot slot spreek je vlot Nederlands en Frans omwille van veiligheid & communicatie en beschik je over een rijbewijs B om werven en klanten te bezoeken
